VLOkit is a personal, single-user internal tool built and operated by the owner of the Etsy shop "VLOGALLERY" to manage their own Etsy shop listings and marketing. It is not distributed to or used by any other individuals or organisations.
What this tool does
VLOkit generates Etsy listing content (titles, descriptions, tags, images) and, through its Pinterest Auto-Poster feature, periodically reads the owner's own active Etsy shop listings and automatically creates Pinterest pins from them on the owner's own connected Pinterest account and board.
Data accessed
- Publicly available listing data from the owner's own Etsy shop (titles, descriptions, tags, images), retrieved via Etsy's public API.
- Pinterest account data authorised via Pinterest OAuth: the owner's boards, and permission to create pins on the selected board.
- Product images uploaded directly by the owner for listing generation.
Data storage
Pinterest OAuth tokens and a queue of Etsy listings that have been posted (or are pending posting) to Pinterest are stored in a private database used only by this tool, so that listings are never posted more than once. No data is sold, shared, or made available to third parties.
Access
The tool itself is password-protected and used only by its owner. Only this privacy policy page is publicly accessible, as required for Pinterest app review.
